カオリのやさぐれ日記を読んで、
昨日の記事には、
帰ってから早速「焼きドーナツ」を作りたいと書きましたが、
残念ながら夕方は忙しく作れませんでした。
子供たちを早く寝かせ、
それからお菓子作りに取り掛かりました。
まずは、何回も作ったことのあるチーズケーキを作りました。
いつもお世話になっているあの人と、あの人と、あの人への贈り物用です。
レシピはクックパッドの「簡単♪KEROママのチーズケーキ」です。

時間の節約のため（焼きドーナツのため）、2回分を一気に焼いてしまいました。
ケーキの型がないので、牛乳パックで！
3個並べて焼いたので、中まで焼けてるかどうか心配・・・
焼き時間を長くし、なんとか出来上がり！
そして、いよいよ今回の主役「焼きドーナツ」!(^^)!
バターを練るのがきつかった(>_< )
寒いのでバターが柔らかくならない・・・(＠_＠;)
昨日見たブログ、「カオリのやさぐれ日記」の
カオリさんのように何か道具があれば・・・と、
ブツブツ言いながらも頑張って混ぜました。
生地を冷凍庫でねかせるときには、
もう11時を過ぎていたので、生地と同様、寝ることにしました。
朝起きて、「焼きドーナツ」の続きを・・・
天板の上で成形し、玉子の黄身を塗ったのですが、
成形する前に、打ち粉をふりすぎたらしく、
玉子の黄身が、なかなか生地に付かず苦戦しました(^^ゞ
焼きあがったドーナツは、何とな～く膨らみかたが足りないような・・・(-.-)
一晩ねかせたせいでしょうか？
砂糖をデコレーションして美味しそうに出来上がりました♡
家族には、朝ごはんのときに食べてもらいました。
評価は、まずまず (^^♪
私も、お昼に食べます!(^^)!
