10月25日（土）、高校時代の友達と、
「ちゃんこ大政」で食事しました。
メニューに「1人前」から注文できます。と、書いてありますが、
その「1人前」が、どのくらいの量か分からず、
とりあえず2人前を注文（4人で行きました）しましたが、
足りなかったので、後から1人前を追加注文し満腹に＼(^o^)／
久しぶりの再会で（一年ぶり）、話しは尽きず
閉店まで話していました。
30代半ばを過ぎ、
話題は、自分の身体・健康の事が多くなってきました。
健康診断の結果が悪かっただとか・・・
身体にガタが出てくる年頃ですね・・・・(ーー;)
