昨日、子供の遊び仲間で、
「明日の朝、9時に遊ぼうね！」
と、約束したのに・・・
残念ながら、今日は朝から雨・・・
・・・そんなもんです。
雨で涼しく、外へ出ると寒いくらい。
子供たちに長袖を着せ、
約束の時間に外へ・・・
他の子たちも、いつもより厚めに着ていました。
涼しい（寒い）のに、子供たちは外で（雨の降らないところ）遊んでいました。
寒くても、暑くても、外で遊ぶのが良いんですね。
「外で」と言うより、親の目から離れたところで遊ぶのが良いのかなぁ？
昼からは、雨も上がり、子供たちは思いっきり走り回っていました。
保育園の子達も、小学生の子達も一緒に、
鬼ごっこをしたり、はじめの一歩をしたり・・・
その間、私はクッキーを作っていました。
バターを使わず、簡単に出来るクッキーを探しているのですが、
今日作ったクッキーは、サラダ油を使ったレモン味のクッキー。
少しレモンが酸っぱ過ぎ、砂糖がキャラメル状になって、
歯にくっついてしまって・・・・
また、他のレシピを探そうっと・・・
安くて、簡単に出来るクッキーのレシピがあったら、
教えて下さい。
