6月27日（木）、明照保育園 年長児。
先週、創造大学の方たちと芋掘りをするはずだったのですが、
雨でできなかったので、掘ったジャガイモを送ってきてくれたそうです。
年長児の子供達は、一つずつジャガイモをもらって帰ってきました。
息子は、大きくて皮が紫色のジャガイモを持ってきました。
紫って・・・
どう料理すればいいの・・・(^^ゞ
悩んだ末、
ハッシュドポテトにしました。
紫色のジャガイモは、切ってみると
中は紫色ではなく、部分的に紫色があるだけでした。
良かった～(^^)
紫のジャガイモを千切りに、
家にあった普通のジャガイモをすりおろして、
2種類のジャガイモを混ぜ合わせ、
コンソメと塩コショウで味付けし、
フライパンで焼くだけ!(^^)!
朝食に、いただきました。
子供も喜んで食べてくれました(^_^)
私は、クックパッドのレシピを利用させていただいています。
今回、私は、ハッシュドポテトにしましたが、
次回、紫色のジャガイモが手に入ったら、
「ノンオイル☆ノンフライ☆ポテトチップス」に挑戦しようと思っています。
