6月24日(火)、晴れ。
明照保育園では、保健所から歯科衛生士が来て、
『歯みがき指導』が行われました。
夕飯のとき、
息子 「6歳臼歯って大事なんだに～(^_^)」
自慢げに言う息子に、
長女 「知っとるわ、そんなん当たり前だに～(^。^)」
二人とも、歯みがきが好きではないのに・・・
歯みがき博士にでもなったかのような口ぶり・・・(^^ゞ
先日、長女を連れて村木矯正歯科に行きました。
２ヶ月振りの診察では、歯みがきチェック・指導をしてもらい、
「前回指導した歯みがきのやり方を、スッカリ忘れてしまっていて・・・(ーー;)
奥歯と、内側がみがけてなかったです。(ーー;)」
と、言われてしまった。
最近、仕上げ磨きもろくにしてあげてなかったなぁ～。
しっかり磨けていないのは、私のせいです、すみません。(>_<)
来月には、歯の矯正のための装置をつける予定です。
そうなったら、今まで以上に歯みがきをせっせとしなければ・・・
長女本人も良く分かっています。
今日からは、小学校にも歯ブラシを持っていきました。
私の歯は、奥歯が虫歯で黒くなっているけど、
子供たちの歯は、虫歯にさせたくないですね。
面倒でも、仕上げ磨きをしてあげよう！
（三日坊主にならないよう頑張ります。）
