4月23日（水）、豊橋健康ランドの近くにある
サロン・ド・プロデュース（エステ）さんにお邪魔してきました。
主人に了解を得て、「エステに行ってきまーす♡」
6月に挙式を控えた妹は1ヶ月前ぐらいから
ブライダルエステで 通っているのですが、
私は、初めてで
ウキウキ、ワクワク、ドキドキ・・・
足と背中をアロマオイルでマッサージしてもらいました。
アロマオイルで体をほぐしながら、ツボにもグーッ！
マッサージとツボ押しを同時に受けているよう・・・
とても気持ち良かったです。
人に何かをしてもらうのが、何て贅沢なんだろうと
子供を産んでから、つくづく思います。
まして、私のためだけに何かをしてもらうなんて・・・
本当に幸せ♡
至福のひとときを楽しんで、
そして心身ともにリフレッシュして帰りました(^^♪
昨日はありがとうございました。
女性のストレスはいろんな意味で少しだけ人に助けを借りられたら楽になるものです。 理解のあるご主人で幸せですね(^ｰ^)。お陰様で私もとても楽しいひと時を過ごさせて頂きました。
妹さん共々とても雰囲気の良い女性ですね。
