閉店まで話していました。

夏に貰ってきて、
そのまま台所の隅で乾燥させていました。
一週間ぐらい、乾燥させれば良いそうなのですが、
2ヶ月も乾燥させて（放置して）いました。
昨日の朝、大さじ山盛り一杯分（一回分）だけ、
私が、粒をもぎ取り、フライパンで炒めましたが、
今朝は、子供たちに粒を取ってもらいました。
年長組の息子は、自分が貰ってきたので、
他の人にやらせたくなくて・・・・

焼き上がりまで、30分ぐらいで出来ちゃいました。
もちろん、中身はホットケーキの味です。
子供たちは、とても喜んで食べてくれました。
お野菜をくれるご近所さんにお裾分け。
一緒に遊んでいた近所の子たちにも
食べてもらい、大好評！
1回に6個焼けるのですが、3回も焼いたのに、完売！
いくら簡単に焼けるといっても、
3回は、さすがに疲れてしまいました。
でも、「おいしい！」と言って食べてもらえると
嬉しいですね。
